The upstairs open plan living area is controlled by a 6 zone Lutron lighting controller. There are 40 ceiling downlights! They are split in to six controllable zones, each one being dimmable. It is possible to programme different mood settings so that, at the press of a button, your favourite lighting position is restored. The upstairs lighting is also complimented with a number of blue LED lighting features. These include kitchen plinth illumination, an innovative low level radiator illumination as well as a feature radiator which fluoresces blue. Hallway illumination is provided by three ultra contemporary Grossmann® lights and the main bedrooms are lit with lighting by Christopher Wray.

Fitted wardrobes

The two main bedrooms are fitted with bespoke wardrobes. The interiors provide a range of cleverly designed spaces and drawers and have gorgeous glass and mirror sliding doors.

All the old radiators have been replaced with state-of-the-art contemporary fixtures. Whether you look at the mirrored radiator when you walk through the front door or the amazing towel radiators in the bathrooms you never thought heating could be so interesting!

Newly fitted this summer, all external windows and doors have been replaced. Windows are in UPVC and doors in aluminium. All are 28mm, argon filled glazing units which conform to the latest British standard.
